The location was perfect, we loved the nearby Carpatica Restaurant, and we can't wait to return.

It was in walking distance to Twickenham Rugby Ground which was great as we went to see the St Georges Day Game.
The rooms were way too small for 2 people and the bathroom was the size of a broom cupboard.

Ideal for my stay, close to all public transport options. Had a leaky toilet, and was fixed within the hour!

The place was really clean, the food selection was great, the location was perfect as it's close to the tube, and the bed was comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

Very far from city centre, this place is noise pollutioned (close to Heathrow, and big road outside...), rooms were basic there was no wardrobe.

Good value Very clean Comfy bed Good parking Good location for what we needed to do
The "ensuite shower room & toilet" was really not good. It was like a plastic pod within the room. It was very clean & everyting was working just fine, but the space, or rather lack of it made it almost unuseable. I'm 5ft 2" and when sitting on the toilet my knees almost touched the door! Anyone taller/bigger than me would have really struggled. My husband felt very reluctant to go in the shower because it made him feel so claustrophobic. I wouldn't have wanted to have to use it for more than the one night! We found it funny, but others might find it very unpleasant.

The room was quite spacious and had a practical bathroom setup that was all good. What's more, there were pubs and a stadium close by, giving a lively vibe to the area. 🍻

The only thing I liked at this hotel was that it was near to town & shops were very accessible, hence I chose this hotel. However, the services I got from our stay here was not acceptable! Would definitely recommend anybody to stay here!
The room especially the toilet/shower is very small, no space to even take a step for movement. The room itself has got no much of a room to put your small luggages. Our stay was definitely not worth the price I paid for!

Receptionist was very helpful and obliging. Breakfast was excellent and for london ,a very good price Room was very small but had all facilities as listed, served my purpose for a one night stay.
Car park very useful at rear of hotel, but because of one way traffic systems it was very difficult to find.Better directions to car park should be put on the booking confirmation

It was a great location for the price we paid. Close to a tube Station and a Rail station to service both the city and country wishes. Will stay there again next time we visit!!
Internet was incredibly slow, but wasn't a reason we choose the hotel. Internet was available down in lobby, but not in room as much. Neighborhood around hotel couldn't offer much for night life, but was a quite and comfortable and offered a good clean room for a great/reasonable price.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although small the room was very clean. Hotel is just 5min walk from the picadilly line, which makes an excellent budget location for London sightseeing.
location is slightly noisy with the planes landing in Heathrow from 5am...
